By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer.

4. Prizes

All prices are final prices.

In accordance with §19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown.

5. Payment terms

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

6th delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are specified in the respective offer.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are regulated in the cancellation policy.

9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

10. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
